Several tickets from iteration 2 (#7, #22, #28, #5) have been moved to iteration 3 and 4 to accommodate changing schedules and priorities.

The next two iterations (3&4) seem to focus on:

• multiviewer
• rendering
• import
• meta-types
• search tickets ( & jpa testing )
• starting with @annotations ( starting with img. )

Iteration 1 Review (​2006-05-18)

• Ticket #5 will be handled when Chris populates the new database shortly.
• Tickets #68 and #69 were moved to iteration2.
• Ticket #16 is being looked at by Jason and Jean-Marie tomorrow. Probably 5 tickets.
• Ticket #2 has been unscheduled from iteration1 until Jean-Marie finishes with his changes.
  • He'll post to it when Josh needs to implement.
• Ticket #22, #28, and #7 has been moved to iteration2.
  • #22 was too broad, for example. That's ok.
• Ticket #8 is still being handled by Jean-Marie and Donald and is being moved to iteration2.
• Several additional tickets have been moved to cycle1 interation2 and iteration3.

• General notes:
  • The binning done in {9} is useful.
  • Backlogs will be rescheduled.
  • Broad items can be left scheduled to the cycle.
  • Probably scheduled too much this time.
