Resurrect should be able to trasmute as many Omero2 (OME 2.5) types as possible while preserving as much of the existing hierarchy as possible.

Added original file transmutation in r684, this closes this ticket as all the base types required are now being transmuted.
Added the dataset and image annotation transmutatons in r646.
