Omero2 Connector not using System.properties()

Description

Currently the Omero2Connector is not using System.properties() to pickup configuration information from the GUI. In addition, the Omero2Connector and Omero3Connector login processes need to be changed to allow the System.properties() to be picked up in the right order.

r665 shows the initial design for a way to not use static values (System.getProperties()...) for login. This will need some more work. Perhaps it needs to be planned into its own ticket, once the connectors are functioning.

Added basic functionality to allow customized URLs in r663.

Added error trapping on bad logins as well as the use of username/password use for omero2 and omero3 connectors. This effectively closes ticket #68, although a rework at some point in the distant future would be nice. r670 contains the new code.
