Documentation for new Indexer options

With the inclusion of #11979 (and possibly also #11948) in v5.0.0, we will need to add documentation to the new options that control the Indexer's behavior.

From #11979 -- omero.search.max_file_size
From #11948 -- omero.search.use_file_log

Documentation should be added to the System Administration Documentation under "Advanced Topics" (http://www.openmicroscopy.org/site/support/omero5/sysadmins/index.html#advanced-topics)

Ah, sysadmin additions rather than developer docs. If you make changes to the whatsnew file for sysadmins, please make them at the bottom of the page so we can avoid conflicts with ​https://github.com/openmicroscopy/ome-documentation/pull/666. Either that or leave those changes for me to add to my existing PR. Thanks.
