Kymograph Analysis into single csv

Description

From today's drop-in session:

Currently, running Kymograph Analysis on several Kymographs will generate one csv per image, which makes download and compilation of the results painful.

Very straight-forward to combine into a single csv file.

Once this fix is merged into develop, I will upload the fixed script to nightshade so that current users can benefit without waiting for OMERO 5.
