Centring of the tile for birds eye view

Description
A discussion with pfelts on the zoom level constraints in ticket #7796 covered the default setup factors for the bird's eye view.
This was:
- The starting position for the birds eye view is centred
- At the zoom level of 12.5%
This supports the student workflow of viewing the whole image more easily > then zooming in on the required areas of interest.

Looking at the second point
- At the zoom level of 12.5%
This is not true for all big images. Looking at a gatan file, start at 100%. I will discuss that on Monday with Will so we can unify strategy
