RFE: Big Image selection in bird eye view

Description
When the image is big e.g. svs file from P Felts
The selected area displayed in the bird eye view is actually too small to be useful.
We need to rethink the approach, see what google is doing.

Some of the svs images can be very large.
Do not have a ration < 0.1 for bird eye image.
This is a solution for now. (see #7796)
