Expected dimensionality:
34Z 3T 2C, 2 sites (2 series)

Obverved dimensionality:
22Z 3T 2C, 3 series

Series 1 contained the end of the Z positions of site 0 (series 0) and the start of the Z positions of site 1 (series 2). It looks like the number of series and the Z size of each has been miscalculated, with one series extra being added.

Affects: dev_4_4, dev_5_0, develop.
