For big planes (~10000x10000 in this case), it looks like we are miscalculating the offsets in the CZI reader; this results in odd banding and wrapping of the image. I have attached an image of the misrendered plane to illustrate.
I have put in /ome/team/rleigh/czi:
- IP-Stitching-04.czi (original file; opens fine with Zen Blue 2012)
- IP-Stitching-04-zenblue.ome.tiff (zen blue exported ome-tiff; uses 2010-06 schema and the metadata is incorrect, but it opens and displays correctly)
- IP-Stitching-04-bfconv.ome.tiff (original file converted to ome-tiff with bfconvert; valid pixels is 16 bit, but should really be 12; could the CZI reader be updated to set the valid pixels correctly?--it's correct for the CZI image)
