RFE: Insight drag and drop Winodws, Mac and Linux

Drag-and-drop in the tree view doesn't seem to do anything for me in any of the browsers. I don't know if this is a bug or a feature. I tried with both Oracle SDK 1.6 and OpenJDK 6.
Curiously, if I aim for a dataset or a group, when I try again to drag then that target won't even highlight.
Also, if there are many lines in the pane, e.g. many nodes expanded, so that its contents are far taller than it, then the window scroll position can do a sudden jump when the drag starts.
All these problems are present on Win 7 laptop and Mac OS X 10.8 as well, the scrolling problem is basically making 70% of all DnD impossible.
