Description

Comment: Project name of project 21794 won't take a change in the first few of characters. I was trying to change '220811' to '110822' and I can't. I can change other characters though. Every time a name is changed and the save button is used, the project name reverts to the original. When I click out of the project name edit field, the save button is dimmed.

Fix problem when trying to modify the long name of an object
e.g. the name of a project. (close #7334)
I have created a project with name '220811' and changed the name to '110822' w/o problem.
I will try on other platforms.
