Zeiss CZI: support camera-dependent compression — at Initial Version

Description

See sample file in zeiss-czi/george/.

The compression type is set to 104, which is only described as being a camera-dependent "raw" compression. I would guess that it's some form of packed 12-bit data.

The corresponding -exported.czi file contains the same image data without compression, for easy comparison.
