Description
The highest priority change to webamin UI is the widget for choosing group owners in the edit-group page.
Here is is very easy to lose your previous selection with the multi-select box. Let's try to use chosen http://harvesthq.github.com/chosen/

We now use 'Chosen' plugin for the multi-select Owners in Group Edit page. https://github.com/Domgaudioso/openmicroscopy/commit/aaddeeeffd458a6bdbb91ea0a75b2eed014986d3
This is on dom_ui branch but needs css work!

Agreed. The above link is exactly what we're after. I will throw all the old stuff back into the interface, push, and then we can go from there.
