Description

To support multiple OMEIS directories, several things will need to happen:

  • The OMEIS.DIRECTORY properties mentioned in #66 (bug 661) will need to be exampled to accept comma-valued lists or similar
  • There will need to be a method of the form

PixelsServiceFactory?.getInstance(String path) available

  • The Pixels objects will need to have a path stored. (Note: depending on the file system available, they may also need to eventually store host info, so that requests for a particular pixel id go to a machine with that filesystem available in a cluster.)
