Bug: 404 rather than 500 when original file does not exist

When using an original file that does not exist, probably a 404 should be returned rather than a deep exception, an HTTP 500 and the submit dialog for the following URL:
.../webclient/archived_files/download/<non_existent_original_file_id>/
