Passing off to Josh to add the Trac hooks, as the code is now in place to do this.

The autogenerated wiki page is now in components/bio-formats/doc/DatasetStructureTable.wiki.
To re-generate the page, run 'ant gen-structure-table' in components/bio-formats.

(This is all in the commit messages too, but Hudson is taking its dear sweet time to synchronize repositories, so the relevant commits haven't been added yet.)

This method returns a short description of which files are expected to
be present.

'ant gen-structure-table' in components/bio-formats will automatically
generate the table and place it in
components/bio-formats/doc/DatasetStructureTable.wiki.

The class that does the real work is
loci.formats.tools.MakeDatasetStructureTable?. Arguably, this should
have gone in the autogen component, but as the code is quite simple
and it is a useful example of how to use the new
getDatasetStructureDescription() method, it seemed better to put it in
bio-formats.
