  • toggle mask-map need to render solid etc
  • centre maps when opening
  • download map as correctly named file
  • Image Viewer link? - Small maps

(In [8215]) Several small fixes from discussion with Ingvar. Done all except pdb, rendering and rmeasure. See #2983.
