Description

While working on ​https://github.com/openmicroscopy/openmicroscopy/pull/3604 I noticed that there is only the option "Open with other" with respect to file annotations. This is pretty annoying, because you always have to choose the application. There should be another option "Open with default application", which just makes the call to "open xyz", "xdg-open xyz" (whatever the platform is) which opens the default application for this file.

Closing; when the "View" button in the file annotation popup menu is available again, this is not necessary anymore.
