Bug: GatanReader: PhysicalSizeX set incorrectly

Description
See http://lists.openmicroscopy.org.uk/pipermail/ome-users/2014-July/004595.html which has a sample image.
Tested with v5.0.0, v5.0.1 and dev_5_0 (141a8e4). In all cases, PhysicalSizeX="1.0" PhysicalSizeY="0.001650215475820005" which results in a very skewed aspect ratio in ImageJ after import.
Should PhysicalSizeX be set to the same value as PhysicalSizeY here, or is the Gatan metadata really providing such values?
