To consider for Beta2? Discussion required
comment:3 Changed 11 years ago by mtbcarroll
- Milestone changed from OMERO-5 to 5.0.0-beta2
This can probably be done quite easily. If it should be done, feel free to assign this ticket to me, or if there is much discussion yet to be had then move it back out of beta2.

Fixed by https://github.com/openmicroscopy/openmicroscopy/pull/1710 -- at least we can give it a try? Will leave this open in case consensus fails to emerge.

(In [0a414bf1382852c5d70139d78c9b63e47d254813/ome.git] on branch develop) Merge pull request #1710 from mtbc/trac-10175-long-image-path
This is probably a largish discussion that needs to be had. We've touched on it at least once (long ago), but it may mean reducing/de-duplicating some info in the DB to make the various strategies comprehensible.
