OMERO-Beta3.2 fixes a number of bugs and issues that have been reported by users:

  • OMERO.server
    • fixes for DB upgrades for older versions of PostgreSQL
    • fixes for thumbnailing service
    • fixes for sessions
  • OMERO.importer
    • LSID fixes
    • fix Leica triple-plane issue
    • fix missing Comments jars
    • turn back on original files service (major caveat for using with multiple file formats like Leica)
  • OMERO.insight
    • fix comments & annotations
    • measurement tool fixes
    • fix Windows memory problem
