Description

In the Tag tab, tagged PlateAcquisition? objects do not show up in the tree.

(In [c579f1849912fcc5f5f75d986ab5126002902244/ome.git] on branch develop) Add support for PlateAcquisitions? in Tag tree. See #9906

Since PlateAcquisitions? under Tags do not have a plate as parent node, we need to load based
on the acquisition id alone. Also added acquisitions under Plates in the Tag tree, since they
were missing before, causing all well-samples (indices) to show up under the one plate in center
