Annotation Remove/Delete

Description
Now that we have only a single "Remove/Delete?" button on Tags, Files etc, we need to handle this differently:
Either:
- Remove, then also delete if annotation is orphan (same as Comment). NB: code for this is kinda ugly since we need to check if annotation is on Projects, Datasets, Images etc in turn.
- Give user "Remove" or "Delete" buttons in the confirm dialog.
- Always Delete
