Shape fill opacity

Description
Insight does not allow to pick fill opacity. You can't pick "No fill" either.
If there is no fill saved in DB, what should the clients display (and save)?
Need to look at ways of not obscuring the ROI with fill! Probably need a discussion on best solution.
