Description
In jQuery 1.4.4 there was a small backwards incompatible change to the {.width() and .height() methods when an element is hidden. This needs to be reviewed across the application.

cneves-x: I have merged this branch with the JCB DataViewer? development yesterday and it passes all selenium tests. I did not check it manually yet but no complaints from my side thus far.
