Unit tests for RandomAccessInputStream

Description

The RandomAccessInputStream? stack has become quite complex, and we should write some unit tests for it. It would be a valuable safety net to ensure the various IRandomAccess handle types keep working correctly. It should be doable to have tests that build up streams of bytes in RAM (maybe even using ImageWriter?), then pass the bytes back to the RAIS to verify behavior.

Among the tests we need:

  • id mapped to file path using Location.mapId
  • id mapped to byte array using Location.mapFile(ByteArrayHandle?)
  • URL id beginning with "http:"
  • zip/gzip/bzip2 id ending with the relevant extension
