RFE: password changes

Description
Both clients insight and Web allow users to modify the password
but no check if new password = old password so this can be misleading for user i.e. they think they change but they don't

I should have been more precise in the description, it was as part of the scenario,
it is ONLY for a user who wants to modify his/her own password.

To test:
- Go to your profile in the right-hand panel.
- enter your old password
- enter in "New password" exactly the same value
- enter text in confirm Password
- Click on "Change Password".
- A dialog should pop up indicating that the new and old passwords are the same.

This is only possible for user who wants to change own password. It is impossible for admin account changing someone else password
