Description

A ldap.py plugin could allow setting DNs for users similar to #4828 (webadmin). Also, using Python's "ldap" module, it could provide querying of current users, to discover DNs that should be set.

Plan on adding several other commands: list, getdn, active as well as letting setdn handle empty strings (see #4833)
