I have try to run the script from an image w/o physical size e.g. a JPEG, the follow error is returned:
Traceback (most recent call last): File "./script", line 277, in <module> runAsScript() File "./script", line 263, in runAsScript message, newDataset = makeImagesFromRois(session, parameterMap) File "./script", line 155, in makeImagesFromRois physicalSizeX = pixels.getPhysicalSizeX().getValue() AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'getValue'
- The user enters the name of a container e.g. datasetTest
- The dataset returned has the following name: nameOfImage_GivenName
- Add control if the specified name if null or empty string
