RFE: possibly add a menu item "make dataset from images"

replaces http://trac.openmicroscopy.org.uk/shoola/ticket/1684
This would make the functionality available from the dataset icon a bit more apparent to someone who's never used it before.

Option to implement:
- Select a collection of images. Right click and have the option "make dataset from images."
- Same option available in the brower (central panel)

To test:
- Select images in data manager.
- right click
- select new dataset
- enter name of dataset
- Click save
- A new dataset containing the selected images should be created

This has nothing to do with menu, I reckon you use the shift key instead of the control key so some images and datasets have been selected. Only one type at a time

Select images from the right-hand panel
right and select the menu option to create a new dataset containing the selected images.
