New metadata tests

With the new configurable metadata parsing infrastructure in place with ​bio-formats:r6069 tests should be added to the metadata validator to cover these changes.

Andrew, it would be nice to modify the minimum specification (​http://www.ome-xml.org/wiki/MinimumSpecification) to include the minimum metadata for HCS formats as a guide that we can link to from the Bio-Formats code base.
