Build system needs a way to undeploy all previous apps.

Description

Undeploying a single, recent ear is easy. However, when the version number (or worse ear name) has changed, there remain conflicts in the JBoss directory. Perhaps the easiest solution is to have no version information in the ear name (and change that name very infrequently.)
