Secure the jboss/server/<instance> and /OME directories.

Description

Securing /OME is an obvious must, but for various reasons (serialized data in *.ser files, the HSQL DB files, etc.) it will also be necessary to secure the jboss instance that is running Omero. Most likely, this can be done with the ant scripts, but is dependent on what platform Omero is being run on. On a Windows box, perhaps a message should just be displayed: "make sure no one can access this box".
