Description

While trying to find an explanation for the problems discussed in an ome-users thread (http://lists.openmicroscopy.org.uk/pipermail/ome-users/2012-November/003441.html) I found this block of docs under "server-binary-repository":

https://www.openmicroscopy.org/site/support/omero4/sysadmins/windows/server-binary-repository.html#permissions

This section should mention (critically) that the server on Windows is NOT run as the current user but as the "Local Service" user so that permissions need to be set accordingly.

This information likely lives elsewhere already (FAQ? Email thread? Other parts of win docs??)
