Comment: I've been trying to accurately re-size small ROIs with some trouble. Specifically I have an ellipse that I'm trying to make 9px high and wide. I drew the ROI then went to the Inspector tab and changed the values in the fields. When I alter the number in the width box, the height value automatically matches it but the ROI on the image does not update.
