Turn off log4j logging for netCDF only

Description

netCDF's log4j logging issues a bunch of these warnings:

"WARN:  Variable Data has a Filter"

whenever a HDF-based file is read. It would be nice if these would just go away; while not fatal, they do get to be annoying.

Should be fixed with ​https://github.com/melissalinkert/bioformats/commit/07bd19a41fd4e292d145919a7e7e3fb746c5add3

Note that a new build with the fix is not yet available.
