On branch https://github.com/will-moore/openmicroscopy/tree/7973_make_movie_rois
Commit https://github.com/will-moore/openmicroscopy/commit/bce1bd91673679cd690190cc42c88bbaab4c96c4
Make_Movie.py script now displays ROIs on chosen planes IF 'Show_ROIs' parameter is True. If Z_Start or Z_End is None, and 'Show_ROIs' is True, script uses Shapes to choose Z plane for each time-point.
Insight now needs to add "Show_ROIs" boolean parameter. Also needs to NOT set Z_Start or Z_End if user has not chosen them.
NB: If user does not specify Z_Start AND Z_End (and Show_ROIs is False) we now use defaultZ for each timepoint.

JM: FYI - I just rebased the branch above onto develop, so if you've checked it out, you'll need to refresh.

Working on this again, in the ome/scripts repo. New branch with the commit above ported: https://github.com/will-moore/scripts/tree/Make_Movie_ROIs_7973 and https://github.com/will-moore/scripts/commit/7ed0573ec925de28d256c4635f704d1253ab8e32

- Milestone changed from Unscheduled to ROI
Changes in Insight: Following discussion with Scott: If the user has chosen Z_Start and Z_End, then we loop through those planes (as before). If they DON'T choose a Z-range, then we use ROI shapes to choose a Z-plane for each time-point. Currently Insight populates Z_Start and Z_End even if the user did not choose them. Need to leave them un-populated if the user didn't specify them.
