Bug: add nginx/apache upgrade section to docs

Description
Upgrade documentation should include a note that nginx and apache configurations must change if they point at an old directory:
/home/omero/OMERO-Beta4.3.2
Perhaps under the installation documentation we should also mention that a symlink etc (/opt/local/omero) is better.
