This needs to be looked at given the scope of the Phase 1 template work some initial thoughts towards the header some initial screenshots are documented in #7173 further discussion of the header is planned. Given this this ticket is best merged with #7133.

The priority for this needs to be re-assessed because of the ongoing changes with the

  • web template
  • the implications for the icons associated with this
  • and any other general data manager implications
