Description
- All jobs should point to their github page and use the githubweb brower
- An OPENMICROSCOPY-sync job should be run anytime a commit occurs on github/openmicroscopy
- A git/trac hook (like the bioformats one) should run on necromancery after every OPENMICROSCOPY-sync job.
- Once the above steps are finished, an accepted pull request on http://github.com/openmicroscopy/openmicroscopy should automatically
Note: the above TODOs do NOT include support for merge-branches being tested on hudson. This will be part of the initial work of 4.4 (#6934)

There may still be some issues between github and jenkins, but in general this is now working nicely. If you notice a commit to develop of https://github.com/openmicroscopy/openmicroscopy not being propagated to git.openmicroscopy.org please let me know.
