Stale omero-ds.xml in app/target

Description

Through some combination of calls to <deploy/>, <install/> and/or <update/> as well as changes to etc/local.properties, there was a stale omero-ds.xml in the app component. Needs to be reproduced.

Should be fixed by r1379. The omero-ds.xml file was not being copied because after the build touched the previous copy via <replace/>, it was newer and so <copy/> did nothing. Doesn't apply to the copy done in antlib/resources/omero.xml
