In house testing the merging chooser and import activities
Points to consider.
- The integration of the import activities tabs works really well as well having the ability for moving between the data manager and the imports.
- Andy's data created long dataset names in the drop down menu. So that when shorter names were viewed the longer drop down box was still shown. It would be valuable to decide on a length and show the full longer names in the tool tip.
- A separate direct way of accessing the import activities tabs that are created. A label in the menu option of window > Import activities that would take you to the first import activities tab. This is instead of accessing the tab through the import button.
- The location of the Project/dataset and potential changes for folder/image as dataset as discussed with Will. The future work will require validation of these approaches.
