Description

The default color of a channel should correspond to the emission wavelenght of the channel
(if info available)
The code invoking the public method of ColorFactory? doesn't seem to work.
Put a tempo solution client side.

This is "sort of" implemented now but is causing problems with permissions, it needs to be sorted out before we close off M3.
