BUG: Cannot delete ROIs

Description

On both trout merge and trout latest.
As it was not on trout latest this morning, it looks like the problematic code was merged in in the meantime (between now and this morning)
Create couple of ROIs (in Insight or using mtools, both is the same)
Try to delete them in INsight.
The operation fails with

Just double-checked -> this bug is NOT in the 5.1.0 release Insight.
