Handle LockTimeout in image.loadOriginalMetadata

Description
If we get a LockTimeout? Exception thrown from the callback in Blitz Gateway image.loadOriginalMetadata() we simply need to tell the user to try again.

See https://www.openmicroscopy.org/qa2/qa/feedback/16959/. Looks like this solution is not the best as 5 sec response is very short comparing to web server timeout by default set to 60 sec. Temporarily might be better idea to add configurable timeout.
