Description
User should be able to copy/paste rendering settings on a subset of wells alone within a plate.
Use-case : Say if there are 2 sets of controls within the plate, which act as local controls for a set of test genes, one would want to render the test wells in sync with the local controls. (and not have a generic threshold for the whole plate).

Just a heads up that non-CC'd, unscheduled, 'minor' tickets have a way of getting lost. Could you ask Damir if he wants to be CC'd and if so, include him? That way it gets listed under "Externally reported" (https://trac.openmicroscopy.org.uk/ome/report/50)
