Bug: ND2 line scan Z stack

Description

From ome-users:

I tried to import a Nikon nd2 file today using Bioformats. This normally works, and works for other files, but this data is a line scan z series and somehow the data must be saved in a different way as it does not open correctly in Fiji/ImageJ. The image comes through as a stack of 3 images rather than a single image and the pixel values and locations are wrong. I can send a sample nd2 file.

Uploaded to QA: 9193.

The file looks correct in the sense of being 512x18, but the pixel values are all wrong and the layout is wrong. There should be a gaussian distribution of pixel values centered around a horizontal maximum at about 3000 intensity. Instead, there is a single line of pixel values at 26000.

Fixed with https://github.com/openmicroscopy/bioformats/pull/1085. New builds are not yet available, but this should be included in 5.0.2.
