[BUG] Downloading archived file on Insight is not available — at Initial Version

Description

Attempting to retrieve some archived data through Insight fails. There is no problem downloading it through web.

I attach server logs for the time periods in which I did the download with Insight and with Web. I also attach the insight log and screenshots from Insight and web.
