BUG: Rendering settings not saved if "Apply" clicked first

Description
In web full viewer> Edit settings - if you change settings, then click "Apply" - they are applied as expected.
If you then click "Save" the settings are not saved.
If you click "Save" without "Apply" first, then the settings are successfully saved and applied.

Josh: although it seems quite minor it could be really irritating if a user has spent ages fine tuning their rendering settings, and maybe done a whole batch of images before realising they were not being saved, so I would rate it as a "soon as possible" if Will or Ola have the bandwidth.
