Bug: in Insight administrator cannot reset user password

Description
If I log in as root and try to reset another user's password, in Insight it complains that it could not reset the selected user's password, and no change in fact occurs. In the web client admin I can reset the user's password fine. Verified in both 4.4.10 and dev_5_1.

which user were you testing with? LDAP user?

Very unlikely to be LDAP, in testing I am nearly always using the user-<n> from the omero-setup/create_users script.
